Currently Recruiting an Account Coordinator

If you are driven by the opportunity to grow and be a valuable member of a team while working through the complexity of today’s cancer markets, we would love to hear from you.  We are looking for an Account Coordinator who is driven, detail-oriented and team-centric.

 

This position requires good written and verbal communication skills, flexibility to function with multiple processes and styles, and ability to take direction while exercising independent judgment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain project and participant recruitment status reports for live meetings

  • Collaborate with management to maintain project timelines

  • Manage communications with meeting participants including recruitment, confirmation, travel and contracting

  • Prepare and maintain project documents including base communication files

  • Develop recruitment registration sites using a pre-existing template

  • Maintain compliance documentation

  • Participate in client teleconferences as needed and develop contact reports

  • Maintain timely storage of project files and records within BluPrint storage platforms and databases

  • Develop, print, ship, and track program materials

  • Provide department support as requested by team

  • May provide onsite program support including participant check-in and registration

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS)

  • Entry level role: 1 year or more of experience in an agency setting preferred but not required
